• Assist with basic repairs related to painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and staining.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Protect company tools, materials, and client homes.
• Communicate effectively with Lead Carpenters and Production Managers.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience on every project.

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Finish Carpenter at SJ Janis, you'll work on high-end residential remodeling projects throughout the Milwaukee area alongside Lead Carpenters and skilled tradespeople. This role requires strong finish carpentry skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining SJ Janis quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Schedule

Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on project needs.
