Corewell Health West Medical Group in Hastings, MI is seeking an Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Family Medicine practice. You will work with physicians, APPs, and support staff to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a clinic with extended hours and on-site lab, urgent care, and imaging.

Qualifikationen
- Master's degree required for NP/PA
- Current licensed NP or PA with Michigan credentials
- 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- BLS and PA-C or NP licensure requirements
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Aufgaben
- Join a busy Family Medicine practice as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population
- Support extended hours and flexible scheduling within the clinic
- Coordinate with RN care managers, LMSWs, pharmacists and other staff to ensure comprehensive care
