Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in Good Standing with the State of North Carolina.
• 7+ years of Family Law experience preferred.
• Prior experience managing a full caseload is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce and custody.
• Negotiate and draft Separation Agreements.
• Communicate effectively with Clients and the Court.
