Qualifications

• 3–4 years of family law experience.
• Active WSBA license in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage a caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, parenting plans, and support.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Appear before Superior Court judges and staff.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for litigation when needed.
• Maintain organized case files and deadlines.
