You will excel in this role if you enjoy:

• Independently managing family law cases from intake through resolution
• Leading and preparing thoroughly for mediations, hearings, and trials
• Developing case strategies and thinking several steps ahead for your clients
• Collaborating closely with paralegals and other members of the legal team
• Drafting and reviewing precise legal documents
• Licensed attorney in Georgia with family law experience
• Proven litigation experience, including hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Strong skills in negotiation and strategic case management
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Clio or similar legal case management software
