Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - McKinney is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. This is a full-time evening shift (3/12 hr) with relocation assistance for eligible candidates relocating 50+ miles.

The ED handles high-acuity cases with 23 beds and supportive leadership focused on learning, mentoring, and teamwork. Qualifications include a nursing degree, RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of high-acuity ED/ER experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required and BLS certification within 30 days of starting.
• Min 2 years of high-acuity hospital ED/ER experience.
• Grad of an Accredited Nursing Program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks and ensure safety and quality in patient care.
