Duly Health and Care in Naperville/Glen Ellyn seeks an Experienced Otolaryngologist to join a 100% general otolaryngology practice with a broad, physician-led network. The team features 17 otolaryngologists and 7 PAs, providing strong referral support and collaborative care across specialties.

The base compensation ranges from $450,000 to $500,000 with potential productivity bonuses, sign-on options, loan repayment, and relocation support, plus equity pathways as part of the shareholder track.

Qualifications

• 100% general otolaryngology opportunity in Naperville/Glen Ellyn.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday schedule with 1 day/week in the OR to start.
• Call is 1:15. Call will be at Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital.
• Collaborative provider network across otolaryngology and more than 1,000 Duly providers.
