Position Overview

Envision is hiring a full-time Emergency Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for a nocturnist role in Phoenix, AZ. The position requires advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 96 hours of physician coverage daily across Banner University and Banner Estrella EDs.
• Deliver 38 hours of advanced practice provider coverage daily.
• Cover a 60-bed, state-of-the‑art ED with 8-bed Fast Track, 2 major resuscitation, and 6 trauma bays.
• Serve in a Level I ACS Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, 24/7 Cardiac Cath Lab environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience (new graduates not accepted).

Strong clinical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
