Job summary

Envision is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join a dynamic emergency medicine team at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role includes shifts across two Banner campuses with robust support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in emergency medicine, are capable of performing procedures, and can thrive in a busy ED environment with trauma and stroke protocols in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years emergency medicine experience.
• Must be able to perform procedures.
• No conscious sedation or trauma activations.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Banner University Medical Center and Banner Estrella Medical Center.
• Support 72 ED beds and an annual volume of about 85,000 with APP coverage.
• Scribe coverage is provided as part of the team.
• Work within a Level IV Trauma center and Stroke Center with a 24/7 Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Emergency Department operations and patient flow optimization.

• 85,000 annual volume, 87% adult, 13% Peds
• 50 hours of Advanced Practice Provider coverage
• Scribe coverage

• 24/7 Cardiac Cath Lab
• EMS arrivals: average 35 a day
• All specialties available except: Pediatrics, Vascular, Spine, Neurosurgery, ENT, and OMFS
