Job summary

Metro Diner in Jacksonville, Florida is hiring Egg / Breakfast Cooks for full-time and part-time day (AM) and night (PM) shifts. We offer flexible scheduling, no late nights, and paid vacation after eligibility for hourly team members.

Previous breakfast-restaurant experience is preferred. You will work the griddle, fry, egg, prep and line stations in a high-volume setting at Metro Diner, a growing national concept founded in 1992.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant with full service breakfast preferred.
• You will help work the griddle, fry, egg, prep & line stations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly family environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook breakfast items on griddle and fry station.
• Prepare ingredients and station setups for service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily service.
