EJC Painting and Drywall is seeking an Experienced Taper/Drywall Finisher to deliver high-quality finishes in a dynamic and supportive environment in Greater St. Louis. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service.

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of drywall finishing experience.
• Proficient in drywall taping methods, including hand taping.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting ensuring a smooth finish.
• Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping and mudding.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.

• Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping and mudding.

Requirements

• Residential interior taping experience.
• Drywall finishing and taping, including sanding, mudding, and texture application
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Own reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license is a must.
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Courteous and Respectful to clients, their property, and our team.
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Basic hand tools.
