The role focuses on applying drywall finishing techniques to interior surfaces in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of drywall experience, can read blueprints, and works well within a team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of Drywall experience.
• Experience with mud application and tape/texturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner. Specifically applying Drywall Finishing and / or Sheetrock skills to the interior of the homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Able to apply mud on 1st and 2nd coats with a high degree of quality.
• Flexibility and willingness to perform other duties in addition to tape and texture.
• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Must work well with others as a team and be able to take direction to accomplish goals.
• Highly productive & motivated with a sense of urgency to meet a demanding work schedule.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Must pay particular attention to safety and quality.
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of Drywall experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing housing desired.
