Scenthound Salt Lake City is seeking a confident Dog Groomer to join our team. You will groom dogs to Scenthound standards, focusing on puppy cuts and a neat facial style, while promoting safety and sanitation.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of grooming experience or a grooming school diploma, knowledge of breeds and care standards, and the stamina to lift up to 70 pounds. Reliable transportation and a smoke-free work environment are expected.

• Strength to lift up to 70 pounds and stamina to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Groom to Scenthound standards.
• All we do are puppy cuts; one length all-over with a neat face.
• Create an environment conducive to learning, open communication, and teamwork.
• Identify when/where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule.
• Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
• Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager.
