Bark & Mane is expanding its mobile grooming team in Chandler, AZ. Join our Mercedes-Benz van team to provide premium grooming services to pets in a luxurious, on-the-go setting.

We offer a flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options, keep 100% of tips, and performance-based bonuses. Full-time staff earn weekly pay with benefits and paid time off. This role emphasizes independent work with pets and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid professional pet grooming experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed-specific requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and groom pets weighing up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide top tier grooming services in a luxurious, Mercedes-Benz van fully equipped with air conditioning, heat, electricity and water.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their pet's grooming needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets throughout each grooming session.
• Maintain a clean and organized mobile grooming unit.
• Adhere to schedules and be punctual for appointments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $250 sign-on bonus!


• Competitive pay: Averaging $27 - $37+ per hour (commission + tips)


• $1,200 - $1,400 weekly pay range for full-time employees
