Job summary

Bell Ford in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our busy service team. You will diagnose and repair diesel engines, perform routine and advanced repairs, and collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely work.

Ideal candidates bring strong diagnostic skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a valid driver's license. ASE and/or Ford certifications are a plus. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Diesel Technician, Ford experience a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must own basic tools for field work.
• ASE and/or Ford certifications are a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards

• Must have own tools
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• ASE and/or Ford certifications are a plus
