Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
• Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration is required.
• Current X-ray Certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Passion for providing outstanding patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of general dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays.
• Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with restorative procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure treatment rooms remain organized and fully stocked.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while working efficiently with the clinical team.
