Sabino Smiles Dentistry is looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join a team committed to clinical excellence and patient care in Tucson. You will support the dentist, perform x-rays and intra-oral photos, and help maintain a clean, sterile environment while ensuring patient comfort and compliance with health regulations.

You will be part of a team that emphasizes patient experience, continuous learning, and community health, with access to modern dental technology and continuing education

Responsabilités

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines while complying with state and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA).

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.


• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.


• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
