As a Security – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule: Flex; based on site needs. Full time hours are not guaranteed. The ideal candidate will have open availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnights. Weekends must be worked as well. Must be proficient in security technology such as access control, email, CCTV, Incident reports, and ID Verifications

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Officer

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience of at least 3 years or more
• You have a DC Unarmed Security Officer license
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• You have CPR/First Aid Certification
• You have phone skills and computer literacy
• Must be able to successfully complete basic training
• Coordinate responses to security incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments on security-related projects.
• Conduct security-related interviews or investigations.
• Collaborate with other departments. Lead, manage, or supervise a team.
• Understand security protocols and procedures for system operations.
• Respond to security alerts and alarms.
• Generate and analyze security reports.
• Manage relationships directly, Build rapport and trust with others.
• Dispatch appropriate assistance and coordinate with emergency services.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance during emergencies over the telephone.
• Coordinate with security personnel or other stakeholders over the telephone.
