Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Jacksonville, FL. You will support sophisticated CRE transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.

Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, preparing closing binders, coordinating with clients and lenders, and maintaining organized files. A minimum of 3+ years CRE paralegal experience and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience.
• Strong experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and due diligence documents.
• Knowledge of acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and leasing.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
• North Carolina Certified Paralegal designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Review and summarize title commitments, surveys, easements, and other due diligence materials.
• Prepare and manage closing checklists, transaction documents, and closing binders.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and governmental agencies.
• Order and review title, zoning, and lien searches.
• Prepare deeds, affidavits, closing statements, and other conveyance documents.
• Track transaction milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical transaction files while managing multiple matters simultaneously.
