Required: JD from an accredited law school, active Virginia bar, and 3+ years of real estate experience, with strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent developers, lenders, landlords, and community associations.
• Handle acquisitions, financing, and leasing transactions.
• Review, negotiate, and draft deeds, loan documents, leases, covenants, and related agreements.
• Supervise or manage others to ensure timely closings and milestones.
