Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and daily menus.
• Stock workstations and set up for daily service.
• Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, soups, sauces and salads.
• Maintain food quality, portions and safe temperatures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and health guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Properly store, label and rotate food products.
• Communicate supply needs to supervisors.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and special projects.
• Collaborate with Dining Services team to ensure smooth meal service.
