Job summary

1UP Entertainment + Social is hiring an experienced Cook to join our scratch kitchen inside a dynamic venue in Carrollwood/Tampa, FL. You will cook to recipe, manage your station, and contribute to fast-paced service across late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Great attitude, integrity, and team-player mindset — non-negotiable.
• Good communication skills — with the line, expo, and management.
• Able to read a POS ticket and prepare multiple orders quickly and accurately.
• Available late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand and move for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, work hot/cold conditions.
• Age 18+. Food handler certification (or willing to get one).
