Black Rock Contracting is seeking an Experienced Construction Laborer to support on-site construction activities in Louisville, KY. This role performs hands-on labor on job sites while assisting skilled trades and supporting daily site operations.

Working onsite in Louisville, KY, you will contribute to the overall success of the project by maintaining a clean, organized work area, following job instructions, and supporting team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in construction and performing hands-on labor tasks on active job sites.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions, including lifting and sustained manual labor.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of jobsite PPE.
• Reliable attendance and readiness to perform consistently during full-time onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled construction tasks under the direction of supervisors and lead personnel
• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and basic installation support as needed
• Maintain safe work practices by following site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Support jobsite organization by keeping work areas clean, tools accounted for, and materials staged appropriately
• Collaborate with the crew to complete tasks on schedule and elevate issues that impact safety or progress
