• Minimum 5 years experience in construction laborer roles.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Physically fit for strenuous tasks and long durations.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Safety-focused with OSHA awareness.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Site preparation and cleanup.
• Material handling: load, unload, and transport materials and tools.
• Operate hand and power tools and machinery if certified.
• Assist skilled trades such as carpenters and electricians.
• Concrete work: digging, backfilling, pouring, finishing.
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and bracing.
• Adhere to safety policies and use PPE.
