TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Berlin and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, and transportation in clients' homes, promoting independence and quality of life.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules with top pay rates starting at $18 per hour, weekly pay with daily optional PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Companionship: social engagement and emotional support.
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments and run errands.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
