Job summary

RHCI is seeking a Concrete Estimator to analyze project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates in Orange, CA. You will use On-Screen Takeoff to break down labor, material, and equipment costs while assessing risks and market trends.

The role requires 2+ years in estimating concrete projects, strong software skills (Excel/Word/Outlook), and the ability to read blueprints with precise attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience estimating structural concrete projects.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Associate degree or higher (preferred, but not required).
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting.
