• Active Michigan State Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum 10+ years in complex commercial litigation.
• Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation from pre-suit through trial and appeal.
• Develop case strategy and oversee execution across all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; argue motions in court.
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding, and conducting depositions.
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide strategic, business-focused legal counsel to clients.
