About the Role

As an Experienced Commercial Roof Technician, you will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of flat and low-slope roofing systems on commercial structures. • Apply flashing, seal penetrations, and complete detail work around curbs, vents, and parapets.
• Read project specifications and translate them into accurate, code-compliant work.
• Conduct roof inspections, identify leaks or deterioration, and recommend effective repairs.
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely, following all fall-protection and jobsite safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and coordinate with teammates to keep projects on schedule.
