Flexibility to travel throughout Florida and Georgia is required, and hours may vary by project. Compensation is $28–$35 per hour based on experience, with 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred and solid math, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in shop math and the ability to work skillfully with tools, materials, metals, and equipment.
• Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for proper operation and code compliance.
• Perform work accurately, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Estimate time and materials required for assigned work.
• Maintain organized jobsites and ensure tools and materials are ready for each task.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Work closely with project teams to meet schedules and project requirements.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures and standards.
• Ensure completed work meets applicable plumbing codes and quality standards.

Job Type & Schedule

• Some projects may require flexibility with hours, including occasional nights or weekends
• Flexibility to travel to job sites throughout FL and GA as project needs dictate is required
