Job summary

RLP Mechanical is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Equipment Installers to join our Dallas-Fort Worth team. You will install RTUs, split systems, chillers, and other HVAC equipment for new construction and retrofit projects.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on installation experience, read blueprints, operate safely on rooftops, and coordinate with project teams. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and career growth opportunities.

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC equipment installation experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in various job-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC equipment for new construction and retrofit projects.
• Install and connect RTUs, split systems, chillers, and other equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans and installation instructions.
• Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting and commissioning as needed.
• Perform HVAC piping, connections and related installation work.
• Assist with ductwork installation and other mechanical work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Collaborate with project managers and foremen.
