Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Self-motivated individual with a proven successful track record.

Responsibilities

• Generate standard submittal transmittals and logs for review.
• Manage and lead multiple projects of varying scope and budgets.
• Monitor and manage project controls including budget and schedule.
• Review all subcontractor and vendor applications for payment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client and vendors.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with Timberline/Sage

Education

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
