Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Windermere, FL is seeking a skilled CNA or HHA to provide one-on-one in-home support. This in-person opportunity is offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor with flexible full- or part-time scheduling and pay up to $18 per hour based on experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of paid home-health experience, an active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate, CPR and background screening, and the ability to work independently in

• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
• CPR certification and Level 2 background screening.
• Reliability: valid driver’s license preferred; ability to commute within Casselberry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment.
• Monitor skin integrity, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team.
