humano LLC is seeking an Experienced Cherry Picker Operator for the 1st shift in Hesperia, CA. You will operate a cherry picker forklift to move, load, stack, and relocate furniture inside the warehouse, with the ability to lift 35–51 lbs and stand for extended periods.

The role requires prior cherry picker experience and completion of safety protocols. Shifts run Monday–Friday 5:00am–1:30pm with mandatory overtime; temporary/seasonal with potential to become permanent.

Experienced Cherry Picker Operator - 1st Shift

**Job Summary:** We are seeking experienced Forklift Cherry Picker Operators to join our warehouse team in Hesperia, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, loading, stacking, and relocating merchandise—primarily furniture—throughout the warehouse using a cherry picker forklift. This position requires the ability to safely lift items weighing 35–51 lbs unassisted and to stand for extended periods as needed. Prior experience operating a cherry picker forklift in a warehouse environment is required. Must be comfortable using an RF Gun.

**Responsibilities:**

• Operate a Cherry Picker efficiently to move and handle merchandise
• Load and stack items within the warehouse
• Relocate products as needed to fulfill orders
• Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Qualifications:**

• Prior experience as a Cherry Picker Driver REQUIRED (minimum 1 year experience)
• Ability to lift heavy items independently
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Cherry Picker forklift experience required; testing will be conducted upon hire

**1st Shift**

• Shift: Monday to Friday 5:00am-1:30pm or until work is completed (full time)

Mandatory Overtime: Required as needed based on operational demand. Holidays and Weekends required when necessary.
