GET PAID FOR THE HOURS YOU'RE HERE - AND THE HOURS YOU TURN.
At Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we're not looking to simply fill another bay - we're looking for an experienced technician who knows how to diagnose vehicles, solve problems, and fix them right the first time.
We are actively seeking a Mid-to-Upper Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic and repair experience. Previous Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Stellantis experience is strongly preferred, but we are also interested in experienced technicians from other manufacturers who have solid diagnostic ability and are ready to take the next step in their career.
If you're already working somewhere but wondering whether there may be a better opportunity available, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
Most dealerships make technicians choose between the security of hourly pay and the earning potential of flat rate.
We don't.
At Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, our technicians earn an hourly base rate for the time they are at work PLUS additional production pay for every flagged hour they turn.
That means you are compensated for being here and rewarded even more for producing.
Your individual hourly base rate and flag-hour production rate are determined by your experience, certifications, skill level, and overall ability.
Hourly Base Pay + Overtime When Applicable + Flag-Hour Production Pay
So if the shop slows down, a difficult diagnosis takes longer than expected, or you are waiting on a part, you are not simply sitting in the building unpaid.
And when you produce more, you earn more.
Current Stellantis certification is preferred but not required for an experienced technician with strong diagnostic ability and a proven track record.
If you are an accomplished technician from another manufacturer and believe your skills will transfer well to CDJR, we still want to hear from you.
Because a good technician deserves more than just a bay and a promise.
At Greenville Automotive Group, we understand that technicians make their living with their hands, their knowledge, and their ability to produce. We also understand that not everything affecting a technician’s paycheck is under the technician’s control.
That is exactly why our compensation plan is different.
You shouldn't have to worry about whether you're getting paid simply because the shop has a slow afternoon, a part is backordered, or a difficult diagnostic job ties up your bay longer than expected.
At the same time, we believe productive technicians should be rewarded for what they accomplish.
Our pay plan is designed to provide stability when you need it and additional earning potential when you produce.
We are continuing to grow our service operation and want experienced technicians who are looking for a place where they can make a good living, do quality work, and build a long-term career.
If you're productive, dependable, know how to diagnose a vehicle instead of simply replacing parts, and take pride in fixing things correcty, we want to talk to you.
