Job summary

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. in Bartlett, IL is seeking a skilled residential carpenter to perform framing, exterior and interior trim, deck work, and roof-related tasks on active residential sites.

You will collaborate with foremen to maintain production pace and ensure timely project execution. Candidates should have hands-on carpentry experience, enjoy working independently, and maintain high craftsmanship with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential carpentry, with specialization in exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, or back-out.
• Ability to work directly with and take direction from Foremen and field leadership.
• Strong ability to work independently and produce quality work.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, roofs, and elevated work surfaces.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs; heavier materials require team lifting assistance.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and construction environments.
• May require overtime or extended hours based on project schedules.
