TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Enfield, Windsor Locks, and surrounding areas. Earn top pay rates starting at $18 per hour with flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Full-time and part-time positions available with benefits such as medical, dental, vision and 401(k) match. Training is provided, and weekly pay is available with optional Daily Pay through PayActiv.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with access to a fully insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Offer companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
