SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta is hiring CNAs and PCAs to provide non-medical care, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in Newton County and Rockdale Counties. The role includes helping with meals, light housekeeping, grooming, and maintaining client comfort with reliable, punctual service.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB test evidence.
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.

• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transfers.

As a Home CNA / PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification and evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting
• A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)
