Job summary

Right at Home Nashville is seeking caregivers, personal care assistants, and CNAs to join our team in the Nashville area. Build a schedule around your life and choose shifts that fit your availability while providing one-on-one support to help seniors live safely at home.

Pay starts at $15–$17 per hour with weekly pay, weekend differentials, flexible hours, health insurance and dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Lift/transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acts of daily living like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with errands or transportations
• Provide companionship and emotional support
