TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Apex and surrounding areas. Earn top pay rates with flexible full-time or part-time schedules. Work involves personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation in clients’ homes.

We offer weekly pay with optional daily PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match. Paid training and 24/7 caregiver support are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide social engagement and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
