Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Oceanside, CA seeks a caregiver to provide compassionate, reliable in-home support Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm with occasional Saturdays. Must be comfortable with a Hoyer lift and bed-bound clients.

You will perform companionship, ADL assistance, bathing and toileting support, errand running, and aim to help the client have their best day. Training and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Hoyer lift with bed-bound clients is required.
• Caregiving experience preferred; HCA certification and CPR are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Companionship for the client.
• Assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, grooming).
• Running errands for or with the client.
• Support to help the client have their best day.

We are looking for a male or female caregiver to care for a male client in Oceanside Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm and occasional Saturdays. Must has experience using a Hoyer lift and working with bed bound clients.
