Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Lumberton, TX is hiring compassionate caregivers to join our team. Provide non-medical care, companionship, and support to seniors and veterans so they can live safely at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay based on experience, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and opportunities for referral bonuses in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Travel within a 25-mile radius may be required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable individuals.
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Encouraging client independence and engagement.
