Job summary

Right At Home in Fallon, NV is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. You will provide 1:1 care with dignity, supporting daily activities, mobility, and personal needs in clients' homes.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and benefits including 401(k) with matching, paid training, PTO, and insurance. Minimum 18+, 6 months caregiving experience preferred; dementia and end-of-life care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• At least 6 months of personal care/caregiving experience (including family caregiving).
• Compassionate, patient, and excellent communicator who thrives in a team.
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
• Experience in end-of-life care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate 1:1 care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and mobility support.
• Tailoring care to the specific needs and preferences of each individual client, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
