HomeWell Care Services - Chicago North Shore is seeking an experienced caregiver or CNA for short shifts (1–3 hours) to support clients in their homes. You will follow a written care plan developed by a professional Care Manager to deliver personalized in-home care that keeps clients healthy, safe, and independent.
Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication reminders.
We are looking for an expereinced caregiver or CNA to fill an immediate need for short shifts of 1-3hs. Experince with Parkinson's and Dementia preferred.

The caregiver is supervised by the Care Manager and receives scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator.
Reposition and transfer clients, sustain weight of clients using proper transfer safety techniques and equipment (example: use of transfer belt while assisting client to transfer from bed to chair), and travel to client’s residence place of residence using a reliable means of transportation.
