TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Newton, Watertown, Newton and Cambridge, MA, delivering personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation in clients’ homes.

We offer top pay rates starting at $20 per hour, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match. Training is provided and management support is available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
