A Place at Home - The Woodlands is seeking an empathetic caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities, fall prevention, and mobility support in The Woodlands, TX. You will help ensure safety and comfort while building trust with clients and families.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation to appointments, ongoing training, and a commitment to improving clients' quality of life. CPR/First Aid is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in caregiving with a focus on fall-prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving clients' quality of life.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Our clients need to be provided transportation to outings, doctor's appointments, etc.

Job Description

As a Caregiver or personal assistant specializing in fall preventions, transfer-needs, bathing, meal preparation, and other client-related duties, you will be responsible for supporting client in their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your role will involve creating a supportive and engaging environment, tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
