SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for experienced caregivers to provide compassionate, person-centered care in clients’ homes across the community. You will support clients with daily activities, encourage social engagement, and help them stay safe and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.
