Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Peabody, MA. Compensation starts at $20–$22 per hour with flexible days, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts. Full-time and part-time options, personal care, companionship, mobility support and transportation are offered in home settings.

We provide paid training, mileage reimbursement and 24/7 caregiver support. Weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan with employer match are included where eligible.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands

Qualifications
