FirstLight Home Care in Orlando, FL is seeking compassionate, experienced in-home caregivers to join our dedicated team serving Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. You will provide dignified elderly care with warmth and professionalism to help seniors thrive at home.

• Must have valid driver's license, dependable vehicle and auto insurance.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in home health or senior caregiving.
• Capability to perform physical tasks in residential settings.
• Eagerness to participate in specialized training, including HIPAA compliance, Alzheimer's/Dementia care and CPR certification.

• Deliver dignified personal assistance, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support.
• Foster companionship through heartfelt conversations, activities, and emotional encouragement.
• Prepare healthy meals, handle light household tasks, and assist with laundry to maintain a cozy home.
