Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Marlborough, CT and surrounding areas. Earn competitive pay rates ($18-$20 per hour) with flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Full-time and part-time options, 1:1 client care, personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation. Our caregivers receive weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match), paid training, referral bonuses, and 24/7

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured vehicle.
• Must be eligible to work in the US with state background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications

At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
