Visiting Angels in Owensboro, Kentucky is seeking an Experienced Caregiver to support elderly clients in the local area including Henderson and surrounding towns. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, basic companionship, and transportation for errands.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. No experience is required, but caring, dependable individuals with a valid driver's license are

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or medical assistance preferred but not required.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and dressing.
• Provide toileting assistance and transferring support.
• Light housekeeping including dusting, mopping, laundry, and dishes.
• Offer basic companionship and transportation for errands.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.

Experienced Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Toileting
• Transferring Assistance
• Light Housekeeping (dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, change bed linens)

Experienced Caregiver Requirements:

• Anyone with a previous HHA or CNA experience is welcome, however no experience is necessary.
• TB Skin Test (Paid for by Visiting Angels)
• Valid Driver's License
• Active, Current Automobile Insurance
• Dependable vehicle for to and from shifts and transporting clients.
• Must be able to pass a background check and able to work at least one weekend a month.
